Bilancia Hawkes Bay Chardonnay 2023

The 2021 Bilancia Chardonnay is approximately 53% from Trelinnoe vineyard, 38% from la collina vineyard and 9% from Kaikora vineyard. The aim is to produce a wine that speaks of Chardonnay rather than the winemaking. It is a youthful, nicely wound wine with emphasis on a fresh, food-friendly style and evenly balanced palate. Ripe stonefruit and citrus on the nose and palate with great texture, character, some minerality and a nice line af acidity through the palate
