This fruit for this wine is all hand picked, whole bunch pressed and shown a lot of love. In other words this is serious Rose with complexity and elegance. Dry like a Provincial Rose but with character and loads of flavour. Good on its own its own or could certainly handle some yummy Mediterranean fare.
