Polycarbonate self drill screws

PolycarbWn are proud to have available Polycarbonate One Shot screws. They are suitable for steel or timber purlins and high wind zones.

No pre-drilling is required, which saves up to 50% of the installation time because the 10mm required expansion hole is drilled in a one shot process.

These screws have the revolutionary B8 coating which has a highly abrasion and scratch resistant alloy. It is eight times more durable than zinc tin coatings, and has excellent adhesion properties to remain intact after installation, even when drilled through high tensile steel. It is fully warranted for use in very severe marine and industrial environments and gives certified corrosion durability of more than twice that of class 4 fastness. The even satin finish coatings provide uniform coating distribution that is free from head and thread fill which means 28% faster drive performance than conventional class 4.
