Made from 100% Hawkes Ridge Syrah. This is a lovely vibrant dark pink colour, with aromas of fresh picked plum, cream and spicy raspberry. On the palate there is a pleasing combination of Plum, spicy raspberry and a touch of caramel. It is crisp and refreshing with a lasting fruit sweetness. COUNTRY: New Zealand
