Hawkes Ridge 2011 Noble Reserve Viognier

This is an intensely sweet wine. Look for aromas of apricot marmalade, raisins, butterscotch and vanilla with a hint of the classic fusel character expected from great Botrytised wines. This wine is delicious and will have the long cellaring potential of the great Sauternes.
