This delicious South Australian has structure, balance and length. It has the look and bouquet of a light to mid red with floral hints of rose petal, but the raspberries and sweet plums translate from nose to palate smoothly and build into a lovely mid weight wine with a firm structure and long finish. Incredibly versatile with food and could even work with a light chill on a hot summer’s night.
