Shannon Hemp Shirt

Our hemp shirt is a straight line fit from the shoulder with a yoke. It will flatter most figure types, men or women. It doesn’t have any pockets. It’s there to throw on over anything, or nothing, dressing you up without adding weight. And the side split makes your pant pockets easy to access.

The back hem is very long – it looks fabulous to just float around in – or, if you're handy with a sewing machine, it is a simple matter to chop it off if you prefer an even hemline. It presents opportunity to individualise, perhaps with a clasp or a belt, accentuating shape and adding detail and colour.

The mandarin collar looks good over a turtle neck, a t-shirt or nothing, open or closed. It has a formal feel whilst not looking like it’s missing a tie. It also has a slightly spiritual feel, lending a bit of sincerity to the wearer! Or am I getting a little carried away.

It has stud front and cuff closures and a mid-back pleat.

The colour of the Precious hemp shirt is Kale, an earthy green that will look good with navy, black or most other base colours for tights or pants underneath.

The fabric is organic hemp. It behaves much like linen and, as it’s clearly a natural fabric with the occasional slub, it gets away with exhibiting a few creases.
