Cindy Leong's practice is informed by how abstract painting can act as a meditative process—through repetition, mark- making, and intuition, she enters a flow state where time dissolves. "Repetition enables my mind to still and enter the present moment. With prolonged practice, the mind becomes more aware and conscious."
