To Inflate:
Unfold the mat and open the valve for 1–2 minutes.
Once inflated, close the valve. Add a few breaths for extra firmness if needed.
To Deflate:
Open the valve and roll the mat tightly from the opposite end to push air out.
Close the valve and secure with straps.
Cleaning & Storage:
