Wintergreen has a history of use as a pain reliever. It is also believed to increase the speed of healing for skin disorders, and when added to lotions, acts as a natural moisturizer.

A natural anti-inflammatory, used in aroma therapy. with significant antimicrobial properties. A great scent to freshen up older potpourri or for use in an oil burner.

Tonic, stimulant and astringent, Wintergreen can be used as a diuretic and emmenagogue.
99% salicylate, it has the same properties than aspirin and therefore is most beneficial in acute rheumatism, inflammations, and muscle pains.
