Hot Rubs deep penetrating formula should be applied before any physical activity, its unique warming/cooling action goes to work immediately to warm up and loosen tired, stiff, over worked muscles and joints before a workout therefore assisting flexability and reducing injury.
Hot Rub may also be used post sport or physical activity to relieve muscle and joint fatigue thus reducing muscle tension and stiffness.
