Acacia Gum

Also known as 'Gum Arabic', a natural gum extracted from several species of the Acacia tree. It is extremely soluble in both hot and cold water and is virtually odourless.
used as a thickener and foam/emulsion stabiliser and can act as an oil-in-water emulsifier.
