Macerozyme R-10
a macerating enzyme from the Rhizopus sp. which is perfectly suited for the isolation of plant cells. often used in combination with Cellulase "Onozuka R-10" in the isolation of plant protoplasts.

Enzyme activity: >3,000 U/g
Pectinase : 0.5 U/mg
Cellulase: 0.1 U/mg
Hemicellulase: 0.25 U/mg
