Achillea filipendulina | Cloth of Gold | Fern Leaved Yarrow

This lovely bright yellow, perennial Achillea grows to 1.5 metres tall and 50 cm wide, making it a great visual addition to the garden. The fern like leaves are dark green. An absolute bird, butterfly and bee magnet, it provides a rich source of nectar to all garden visitors. It loves a sunny position in the middle of the border but can tolerate dappled shade. It's not too fussy about what kind of soil it goes into, but don't allow it to become waterlogged as its prone to rot. A real bright spot in the garden!
