Achillea millefolium | Candy Floss

As the name suggests, Achillea millefolium "Candyfloss" has tones of pink that fade to a very pale pink/mauve as they age. You can't go past Achilleas as a must-have plant in a cottage garden, naturalistic and wildflower garden, but they look equally stunning in your perennial border.

A must-have for lovers of bees and butterflies to their garden. A flower arrangers dream flower given the mosaic of colours in one flower as well as the longevity in a vase. Easy care and drought-resistant once established. Full sun will give you the best blooms from late Summer right through into autumn. The more you harvest the flowers, the more you will be rewarded with new ones. Please note that the flower colourings are variable as the flowers age so some deeper pink tones are not uncommon, but that in our opinion, is the beauty of this plant.
