Geranium maderense

This geranium is a really unusual variety, not often seen for sale these days. This one is a real statement piece. One of the largest geraniums, this variety can grow to around 1m - 1.5m.

The foliage is green with red stems, adding colour and texture to the cottage garden. Grows well under trees or out in the open. The plant sends out a whole bouquet of pretty pink flowers that rise above the foliage below.

A short lived perennial that self seeds readily.
