Rosmarinus officinalis | Mozart
Rosmarinus officinalis 'Mozart', commonly known as Mozart rosemary, is a compact and upright rosemary cultivar, prized for its dense, bushy growth and attractive appearance. It features needle-like, aromatic leaves and produces masses of pale blue flowers. 'Mozart' is a relatively low-growing variety, typically reaching a height of 60-90 cm and a width of 60-75 cm. It's ideal for smaller gardens, containers, or as a low hedge. The foliage has a strong, classic rosemary scent, making it excellent for culinary use. Like other rosemary varieties, 'Mozart' thrives in full sun and well-drained soil. It is also relatively drought-tolerant once established.
