Potter Isabell Meyer makes stunning small batch ceramic pieces with clay that is sourced right on her own doorstep from the shores of Lake Taupo, with sand giving the clay a very delicate speckled finish. Isabell's work caught our eye as she is also a small scale Flower Farmer - her brand is called Dahlia In The Clay.

These beautiful handmade candle holders are one of our favourite pieces perfect for its intended use but we think a few flowers floating around the base adds to a dreamy look and perfect to grace your table or sideboard to add a touch of cosy glow to your home.

Due to the completely handmade nature & processes involved in making these unique handcrafted candle holders which are all individually hand thrown and hand glazed, there will be slight variances in each piece which we feel adds to the charm of this truly unique handmade range of pottery.

When using a candle in one of our candle holders, simply light a match and hold it to the base of the candle and drip several drops of melted wax into the bottom of your candle holder and then hold your candle in place for a few moments until the wax has set and this will keep it firmly in place.
