Artist Statement:

The daughters of are nurturing warriors:

They are Athena with her wisdom and courage.

They are Hestia with her patience and kindness

They are Diana with her arrows.

The labels attached to them are no longer those of a society they subjugates women, they are reminders of the strength of female bonds and solidarity: ‘hear me roar’, ‘in sisters we trust’, ‘the future is female’.
