Artist Statement:

‘’ is a tribute to my daughters’ fertile imaginations. They love a show, Wolfwalkers by Cartoon Saloon, about an Irish folktale where a girl gets bitten by a wolf and can be a wolf when she dreams. My daughters’ love to ‘play’ Wolfwalkers and would try to imagine what happened to the characters after the events of the movie.

I used the stylised, sketchy background from one of the scenes and created a realistic, adult version of one of my daughter’s favourite characters.

My hope is that they can always walk out their dreams and make them a reality.
