Mami Wata can bring both blessings and misfortune, depending on how she is honored or disrespected.
Mami Wata represents the deep, unpredictable, and sacred power of water—capable of giving life, taking it, and transforming it. The painting tells the story of the deep, unconditional love between humans and the element of water.
