Otherwise known as Red Bush, Rooibos is a caffeine-free, antioxidant rich, and pleasant tasting alternative to ‘normal’ tea. The Rooibos plant is uniquely found in Africa. The antioxidants in Rooibos offer benefits to the whole body, especially the cardiovascular system and skin. Instructions

Place 1/2 to 1 tsp of tea per 200ml cup into a tea pot or infuser with water just off the boil for 1 min. Steep for 2-3 mins then pour. The tea leaves can be infused several times. Drink 1-3 cups per day. May be sweetened with honey if desired.
