Place 1/2 to 1 tsp of tea per 200ml cup into a tea pot or infuser with water just off the boil for 1 min. Steep for 2-3 mins then pour. The tea leaves can be infused several times. May be sweetened with honey if desired. Make sure you cover your cup while infusing to keep the goodness in. To get the full benefit drink 1-3 cups per day. Take a least 30 minutes either side of medications.
