We created this 'winner-winner-chicken-dinner' blend during the lockdown of 2020 when everyone was trying to create their own version of that beloved fried chicken at home. We didn't need to hide any of those secret ingredients, ('coz we don't use MSG) But with a dash of Kiwi ingenuity we’ve worked out how to add that famous umami flavour..by using freeze-dried ‘Quick Draw’ Fermented Slaw (kimchi powder) from our mates at Living Goodness.
