Pacific Harvest Kelp Seasoning
Pacific Harvest kelp seaweed is harvested from the pristine waters off the North Island of New Zealand and dried naturally to preserve nutrients, then milled into granules resulting in this delicious kelp seasoning.
An excellent source of iodine, use as an umami-rich seasoning, before, during or after cooking. Kelp adds body and salty, sweet umami flavour to soups, stews, stir fries and gravies. Use it to replace regular table salt. Use as a rub to tenderise meat and fish, and infuse flavour.
