The grapes for this classical, extremely elegant wine are lightly dried following harvest, pressed and then aged for 3 years in oak and a further period in the bottle.

Beautiful ruby red and a h as a very complex bouquet of flavours ranging from blackberries and cooked fruits which evolves into a delicate spice finish.
