Eughenes Cataratto Lucido 2016

The Catarratto Lucido has a straw-yellow color with greenish hues. The bouquet is delicate with a brush of floral memories such as iris, not too ripe fruit, slightly honeyed and citrus; mineral finish.

It is a good match for fish, shellfish and white meat; excellent with squid and raw shrimp.
