When brewing our Chocolate Stout we add oatmeal to the mash to get that velvety smooth mouth feel. Dark roasted cocoa nibs are added to the boil and ferment, resulting in a rich, intense stout with notes of dark chocolate that gives way to a subtle hop finish. Craftsman pairs well with any dessert or red meat.
