Tasting Note: The next limited edition Mars Whisky under the Iwai Tradition range is the Sherry Cask Finish. Iwai Tradition is aged for over 3 years in a mix of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, with this limited edition bottling aged for 11 months in PX sherry casks. Classic clove and nougat notes complemented by aromas of raisin and maple.
