: Made our way, Made Slow. Not with sloe berries but using beautiful local Blueberries. in a Sloe Gin Method. Steeped and pressed with TimE and Patience. A classic rich Sweet tone. But we weren’t done there. Reaching out to Alexia Winery in Martinbrough we used a Cabernet Franc Barrel to further layer this gin. It all comes together with Terroir, Richness, and Lush with A Rebel Spirit. Beautiful. Bold and Limited. to 250 bottles.
Notes : Berry Jam, Deep Cherry and sweet wood
Finish: Rich wood and mellow port feel, tannic finish with more berry fullness.
