Isle of Raasay’s signature Single Malt Whisky, natural colour, nonchill
filtered. Lightly peated with rich, dark fruit flavours.

Peated and unpeated spirit made with 100% Scottish barley are
matured separately in ex American Rye whiskey, virgin Chinkapin
oak & ex Bordeaux red wine casks. Our six recipe casks marry
together to create the perfect dram with real elegance,
complexity and depth that speaks beyond its years. Every drop is
distilled, matured, bottled and shipped directly from the Isle of
Raasay. Island population: 161.

Nose: Wood smoke, apricots, candied fruit, glace cherries.

Palate: Sweet spice, cinnamon, black pepper, blackcurrant,
wood smoke, heather, honey, salted caramel, sweet & salted
popcorn, black cherry

Finish: Dry, hint of saltiness, faint wood smoke and dried fruit
