Suar Helix Stool

DETAILS

A stool or side table honed from a solid log from the Indonesian Suar (also known as South American walnut) tree, with solid flat seat/table top and rounded cutout base.

Each sculptured stool is unique depending on the lightness or darkness of the individual trees, and the natural grain of the timber. Each stool is kiln dried and then any cracks that may appear are filled and sanded smooth.

NB. Suar wood is not suitable for outdoors as it will split and warp if exposed directly to the elements.
