baking mix - lemon & gin botanicals

Our cake mix is 100% rescued bread flour, rescued flavour-bomb Good George Gin botanicals, rescued lemons and 100% easy to make.

Simply add eggs, water & melted butter. Icing suggestions; lemon syrup drizzle, butter cream or lemon icing with a splash of gin!

Makes 1 x 8"cake, 2 x loaves or 12 x cupcakes.
