Easily control the temperature of this 8Ltr fryer with the dial thermostat on the top of the machine. The built-in digital timer and alarm help keep your cooking consistent and avoid burning or undercooking.

Once you're done for the day, the Apuro single-tank electric fryer is easy to clean and maintain. The front-mounted valve allows you to drain oil from the fryer without the need to lift heavy pans of oil - simply put a container underneath and open the tap. The V-shaped pan enables more oil to be drained away, leaving it ready for cleaning and refilling, while the stainless-steel lid helps protect the oil until the next cook.

The fryer includes a commercial-grade frying basket with a handle designed to keep users hands away from the hot oil. It is supported by four sturdy, slip-resistant feet that keep it in place and prevent hot oil from spilling and causing accidents.
