With a 'Pre-Heat' function you can speed up the cabinet preheating process without burning your products. It can also assist in busy periods when the doors are frequently opened.
Coming with 8x737mm bakers' trays, with each rack being able to accommodate 2x Gastronorm pans, this display is capable of displaying a variety of foods. Making this Heat n' hold ideal for pies, pastries, pretzels, chickens, and other hot food products.
