FESTIVE PAVLOVA STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE TART: A sweet vanilla-scented baked cheesecake topped with mascarpone, strawberries, meringues, pistachio & freeze-dried berries.

VEGAN STRAWBERRY OREO CHEESECAKE TART: Oreo biscuit base with a creamy strawberry cheesecake with whipped cream, fresh strawberries & Oreo pieces.

WHITE CHOCOLATE PASSION FRUIT CHEESECAKE: Toasted macadamia shortbread base with a white chocolate cheesecake layered with passion fruit curd, topped with fresh raspberries, meringues & candied macadamia

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE TART: Chocolate cinnamon biscuit base, layered with vanilla salted caramel & chunks of fudge brownie in dark chocolate mousse topped with torched meringue.

PISTACHIO KATAIFI CHEESECAKE: A rich New York-style pistachio cheesecake on a chocolate Oreo base, topped with a silky dark chocolate ganache with candied pistachios, freeze-dried mandarin & crispy Kataifi filo pastry.

GF BLACK FOREST ROULADE: Gluten-free chocolate sponge filled with cherries, berry compote & whipped vanilla mascarpone cream. Topped with silky dark chocolate ganache, fresh cherries & blueberries.

GF SUMMER BERRY ROULADE: A light gluten-free vanilla sponge filled and decorated with summer fruits, berries, lemon curd & vanilla mascarpone.

FESTIVE SWEET TREATS: A boxed selection of 40 bite-sized sweet treats, including Xmas mince pies, fudge, mini tarts (various fillings), mini vegan chocolate chip cookies & bliss balls, plus little bite-sized morsels of our slices, including our salted caramel chocolate brownie and delicious raw slices, chocolate dipped strawberries & fresh cherries. Feeds 15- 20 people.
