A fun boxed kit to take on the boat or on a picnic. A packet of 50 blinis with 500g of Ripes Manuka Hot Smoked Salmon, a tub of herby whipped cream cheese, a tub of crispy fried capers, a tub of picked herbs and micro sprouts to garnish.

Feeds 10 to 25.
