Vegan Turmeric Coconut Curry + Tofu

Our new vegan curry is so deliciously comforting, it's perfect served with rice or roti. Filled with ginger, turmeric, star anise, lemongrass, kaffer lime, and toasted coconut in a creamy coconut curry topped with roasted organic made tofu and green beans. There is very little spiciness, so this curry is perfect for those who don't like chilli.
