Decoupage Tool

This tool is a must if you are doing any decoupage project. It will suit any project as it is a great size 10cm x 7cm. It will help to eliminate any air bubbles as you start in the middle of the image and work to the outside. Keep it in a plastic bag while in use to protect the felt edge and it will easily glide over the image and will help to reduce tearing.
