The RUSLER Hook-out tool works as a push/pull action against the base of the hook with tapered entry point. By twisting the hook-out tool when in position it locks firmly onto the shank of the hook. Removal of the hook is achieved by either twisting in the lock position or flicking the fish off with a rotation of the wrist.
