Curious about freediving but not quite ready to commit to a full course? Our Try Freediving Experience is the perfect way to dip your toes (and fins) in and see what it’s all about!

Join our Salt crew for a 2-hour guided session on the moana, where we’ll introduce you to the very basics of freediving — breathwork, duck dives, equalising, and relaxing into the water — all in a safe, calm, and supportive environment.

This experience is designed for complete novices who want to get a feel for the sport before jumping into a full course or camp. You’ll gain confidence in the ocean, learn new skills, and maybe even surprise yourself with how natural it feels to slow down, breathe deep, and connect with the underwater world.
