Mizuna has a mild flavour with a slight “mustardy" bite. It can be enjoyed raw, sautéed, steamed or made into a simple pesto. Mizuna is usually not eaten raw in Japan—instead, it's pickled, stir-fried, simmered, and added to hot pot dishes. Packaged in home-compostable bags for freshness. Unwashed - please wash before use.
