Fennel - each

Raw fennel has a satisfying crunch and a bright sweet, mildly anise-like flavour. We love eating fennel with pork. Roast it alongside your pork or make a refreshing raw slaw from 50/50 apple and fennel. We either dress the slaw with a vinaigrette or a mayo. Super yum
