Chanel 2003 Marshmallow Tote

From Chanel's 2003 Marshmallow line, soft, sweet and unmistakably early-2000s. Ecru canvas, candy-pink trim, and a big interlocking CC front and centre.

The pink handles and curved corner appliqués give it that rounded, cushioned look the line was named for, with gold-tone CC turn-locks and the signature logo jacquard lining inside.

Condition:
The ivory canvas is bright overall with light soiling to the sides and a few faint marks, and the pink CC appliqué and corner panels are intact with some light greying to the lower front panels and a small spot near the base. The pink canvas handles show fading and soiling, most noticeable on the undersides where they are carried. Gold-tone CC rivets show light surface scratches, and the base feet are intact with light discolouration around one foot. Inside, the Chanel jacquard lining shows yellowing and discolouration, particularly along the zip pocket and top edges, and the serial sticker is intact with light cracking to the surrounding leather tab. The top zip and interior zip pocket are fully functional.
