Tardivo radicchio has crisp leaves that are splayed out like fingers. With a strong bitter flavour and crisp texture, the Tardivo radicchio is often served as a side dish, roasted or grilled and drizzled with olive oil. Or, shred the leaves into salads.

A bunch of sweet round baby beetroot with a smooth light red skin outside while the inside has stunning circles of red and white flesh. Beautiful steamed, or served fresh.

The orangequat is a hybrid between an orange and a kumquat. About the size of a small-medium mandarin, with smooth skin. Both the skin and flesh are edible.

A large style of garlic, elephant garlic is not actually a true garlic, but related to the leek family.Milder than traditional garlic, it can be eaten raw, roasted or sautéed.These are large bulbs! At least 200gm each.
