The titanium derma roller is one of the strongest derma rollers available on the market. It's needles are made from a titanium alloy so they are made to last and will ensure many months of skin needling.

The 0.3mm derma roller is most suitable for product absorption and use on sensitive skin and delicate areas. The 0.5mm or 0.75mm is suitable for anti-aging, light scarring and enlarged pores. The 1.00mm or 1.50mm is for specialist use, suitable for moderate to deep scarring & wrinkles of the face or to stimulate the scalp hair growth. 2.00mm and 2.50mm are for the body only for treatment of stretch marks and scar tissue.

It's recommended that you use an approved serum with a microneedling device or derma-roller. It acts as a buffer between the needles and your skin, by increasing the absorption of the active ingredients and helping the roller in gliding smoothly over the skin resulting in a more comfortable experience and better results than with microneedling alone.

We recommend the following frequency of use for the various roller sizes:

0.3mm rollers can be used 1-2 times weekly, 0.5mm rollers can be used once weekly, 0.75mm and 1.00mm rollers once every 4 weeks, and 1.50mm, 2.00mm, 2.50or 3.00mm rollers once every 6 weeks.
