Roller doors must be installed by a qualified person. There won’t be any refund if any damages occurred due to improper installation of the roller doors. To qualify for a refund, the door must be in its original condition and freight back to our workshop must be paid by the purchaser. Please send us the freight labels so that we can print and attach them to the box. We do not provide courier services for the roller doors, therefore do not know what the delivery cost will be.
