1 x Mellerware Biltong King dryer / Biltong maker (Lightbulb not included)
1 x MAGGI Lazenby Worcestershire sauce - 500ml
1 x Freddy Hirsch Hunters Biltong Spice - 1kg
1 x Safari Brown Vinegar - 750ml
9 x Biltong hooks

Supplied with New Zealand Electricity plug as standard

The bulb is not essential for use—the kit functions perfectly without it—but adding a light bulb can help dry the air inside the box and make the overall drying process more efficient.

We do not include a light bulb with the Mellerware built-on kit, as the ideal bulb wattage depends on your location and climate conditions across New Zealand. In general, a 60–70 watt bulb is recommended, but if you live in a wetter area, you may prefer a 100 watt bulb for quicker drying, while those in drier regions may find a lower 42 watt bulb more suitable.
