Iluka Purge Pipe Cleaner - 500ml

This concentrated pipe cleaner is designed to effectively remove the toughest deposits in your spa's plumbing system. Used seasonally in conjunction with Iluka Brilliance, it forms a powerful combination that ensures cleanliness and extends the lifespan of your spa.

Using Iluka Purge:

Dosage = 250ml of Iluka Purge should be added for every 1,000 litres of water.

- Remove filter cartridge from the filter compartment
- Ensure water level is at least 50mm above jets (excluding shoulder jets)
- Turn the spa pool jet pump/s on and add the required dose into the empty filter compartment
- Run the circulation pump for a minimum of 2 hours. Run each jet pump for 20 minutes several times over the 2 hours.
- Turn off the spa for 1 hour
- Turn the spa back on and run the pumps for a further 30 minutes
- Drain the spa pool and wash away any debris from around the shell and jets using fresh water from a garden hose
- Refill with fresh water
- Sanitise the spa pool prior to re-using

Be sure to close all air control dials, remove headrests, open all jet faces and have any water diverter dials set to half way (allowing water through all jets).

If you haven't added Iluka Purge to your Spa water for a while, you may find that a significant amount of bio-film is dislodged from your pipes. It's important to clean your filters after doing so - this will prevent the bio-film from sitting in your filters and circulating bacteria throughout your Spa.
