Lime and Chilli Plash
An Asian style accompaniment that dresses up any green salad or can be used to marinate meat for the barbecue. This also goes well with fish and/or prawns - add fresh herbs: mint, coriander, parsley or basil to enhance the flavour and use with a stir-fry and noodles.
